Now we have developed four divisions: Mold Division ,Precision Tooling Division(Precision Components and checking fixtures ,Gauges) ,and Chrome Plating for Auto Trim Parts ;

We are expertized in Air Register Outlets Enclouses, Auto lamps, LED Lighting,monitoring system;Infrared induction;IP Cluster Trims, Control Panels, Over-head Lights & Panels, ABC Pillars, Air Bags,Car Logos, Glove boxes, Cup Holders, Ash Trays, Seat Adjusters, Inner & Outer Door Handles, PRNDL Components, Grilles and Air Management Systems. We have in house capacity for more than 250 sets of mold & gages annually with maximum mold size up to 1600 ton injection clamp force.

Our Each workshop have equipped with abundance of advanced facilities imported from Germany, Japan and Switzerland, like high speed CNC(Deckel MaHo), EDM wire cut machines(Sodick) and precise EDM(Charmilles).

Quality control for each tooling process are critical and we believe in “Quality above everything” for which we continue to invest in the best resources for processing and inspection facilities, for your reassurance, we provide weekly progress reports with tooling pictures, steel certification ,trial reports, mold inspection reports and final validation reports.

More than 100 experienced staffs, with over 2500 square meters tooling and injection molding shop, which is capable to produce over 400 set of quality molds yearly from 20T to 1500T.

•The plastic injection molds are ranging from 2 &3plate mold, die casting mould, single&Multi cavity mold, 2K injection mold, Gas Assisting ,High Polishing plating mold, Injection ,Stack Mold, cold &hot runner mold, prototype mold and overmolding, ect.

We are expertized for Air Register Outlets, IP Cluster Trims, Control Panels, Over-head Lights & Panels, ABC Pillars, Air Bags, Glove boxes, Cup Holders, Ash Trays, Seat Adjusters, Inner & Outer Door Handles, PRNDL Components, Grilles and Air Management Systems. We have in house capacity for more than 200 sets of mold & gage annually with maximum mold size up to 1600 ton injection clamp force.
The die-casting molds are ranging from Aluminum alloy, Magnesium alloy and Zinc alloy.
At present our workshop equipped with 12 sets CNC machines (including 6 high-speed CNC), 8sets of EDMs (4 mirror EDMs from Sodick & Charmilles ), 8 sets wire cutting machine including 2 of precise wire-cut machine from Sodick, 6 set of middle wire-cut machines from China, 8 set of milling machines and 1 large fitting machine ,1 CMM, 2 Projectors, 1 Hardness measurer, 7 injection machines and much more others.

Quality control for all our products and components is critical, the company is strictly performed in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 . Strict inspection is the way to the high quality, all of our products will be inspected through CMM, Projector, Height gauge.
