These auxiliary processing is done by our cooperative processing plant, which are very professional.
We designate project engineers to be responsible for the product process and communicate with customers.
For mold we can reach 0 precision of 001 mm; the product can reach 0.01mm.

Our common lead time from design approval to T1 sampling is 3-6 weeks, depending on mold requirements and part complexity.
GPT Mold warrants the quality, workmanship and materials used in producing molds for a period of 180 days or 250,000 cycles, whichever occurs first, from the date of delivery of the mold(s) to the customer. GPT Mold will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace all parts determined to be defective as to quality, workmanship or materials. The customer is solely responsible for mold design, design specifications and design approval. No warranty is provided concerning the design of the mold. Any failure of the mold or any mold components arising from or related to design is not warranted.
GPT Mold warrants the molded products it produces to client design specifications to be free of defects in quality, workmanship and materials for a period of twelve months from the shipment date and will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace products determined to be defective. This warranty shall not apply to breakage caused by product misuse. GPT Mold does not warrant the customer design or product defects or failure arising from customer design or design-related issues.
Yes, we welcome customers to visit our facility and we will work with customers to assist in obtaining the necessary Visa paperwork, travel plans, accommodations, etc.
Door to door freight of molds or molded products going to be managed if requested by customer. Freight is provided in the quotation as an separated item.
Do you use inch or metric components?
All mold components for our US customers are made using standard inch components, unless otherwise specified by customer.
Through our US office we can purchase any requested US brand components per your specifications.
We request a 50% deposit with your order. 40% payment is due after T1 samples and the 10% balance is due 14 days after the receipt of the mold. The freight amount will be invoiced in full after T1 sampling, and is payable prior to mold shipment.
Standard terms for molding are a 50% deposit with order and the 50% balance is due prior to product shipment, including all freight costs.
For CNC, EDM and Polishing Departs, two shifts; Mold Shop depends on the work loading; the others are one shift.
Averagely, we make about 250 to 330 molds annually.
It all depends on the mold's size, complexity and design. Usually, the lead-time is about 20-56days.

Mold tolerance is 0.005 mm, Product tolerance is 0.02 mm.
We usually use steel of P20, P20H, H-13,O-1,S-7,420,420H,D2, NAK80, 1.2311, 1.2711,1.2344,1.2510,1.2083,1.2316 and 1.2379. We can use all types of steel appointed by customer. Usually we use Swiss Assab, German Edel, Japan Daibo etc.
Yes, we have molding plant and test all the new molds there. The machines range from 50 tons to 1000 tons.
We use standard components from LKM, DAIDO, HASCO, DME. (Hot Runner: MOLD MASTER、HUSKY、DME、HASCO、INCOE、THERMOPLAY、YUDO.)
We have the cooperative subsidiary factories to do that. They are more professional.
Both of them are OK. We can use the standards requested by customer.
The small changes are free. But for the great changes, if it is our fault, we pay; customers fault, they pay; both fault, both pay
It all depends where the molds are shipped. For the mold inland: general packing method For the mold exported oversea: we pack it strictly in accordance to standard of export regulation.
This kind of matter has never happened to us before. But if it happens and it is our fault, we pay all the cost without any bargain.
